Order Related

Tracking link will be sent to you via email and SMS along with the order ID, information about the products ordered, as well as the expected delivery time once order has placed on the website. You can also track your order through Returns tab on the website.

You can review the status of your order and other tracking related queries through My Orders under Profile section. In case your order history doesn’t show your recent order, please recheck after 30 minutes or contact us at +91 9429692121 or sharewithus@styleunion.in

We aim to dispatch orders placed on our website within 2-3 business days upon confirmation of order to addresses within India only, subject to product availability. You may also refer to the product page of the item purchased for knowing the estimated delivery time. The delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location. Please note that for orders with multiple items, your item may arrive in multiple shipments based on the delivery dates.

Our shipments go through rigorous check processes before they are dispatched. However, in the rare case of a missing item in your order, please contact our support team immediately at +91 9429692121 or sharewithus@styleunion.in

Provide us with your order ID details and elaborate your concern about the missing product. Once your request is received, we will resolve your issue within 72 business hours.

In the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you must notify us by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and immediately initiate a return request on the website. Nexon will not be responsible for any requests post 48 hours of the delivery. Kindly share videographic evidence (a complete video recording of unpacking the order) and an image of the invoice for our reference. We will investigate the damage from our end and provide with resolutions accordingly. Once your request is approved, we will be responsible to pick the item from you and arrange for a refund.

If you were not available to collect your order, please reach out to us on +91 9429692121 or sharewithus@styleunion.in to reschedule delivery. Please note that only 3 attempts will be made to deliver your order after which your order will be cancelled automatically and the refund shall be made after deducting the applicable delivery charges or any other fees.

Once order has been placed on the website, no changes can be made. You may cancel your order but it may not be possible if your order has already been packed for dispatch. In such case, you may refer to our return policy.

The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there could be scenarios of delays beyond our reasonable control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays. You shall not be able to change the email address or mobile number or any other details provided at the time of checkout once order has been placed on the website.

We try our best to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeline however, there could be scenarios of delays from our delivery partner. If you haven't received your package by the expected delivery date, please reach out to us through "Chat with us" option under My Accounts section or email us at sharewithus@Styleunion.in

Yes, if you are unavailable at the time of delivery, we will reach out to you and reattempt to deliver your order. Please note that 3 attempts will be made to deliver your order post which orders will be brought back to our warehouse. In this scenario, we under certain circumstances reship your original order back to the intended delivery address.

Cancellation And Return

To cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and relevant details to expedite the cancellation process. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but orders that have been already packed for dispatch cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may refer to our Return Policy. In case you want to return any item, you shall initiate a request on the Returns Tab subject to the Terms & Conditions under Return Policy.

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order by contacting us via email at sharewithus@styleunion.in.

In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you within 48 business hours after the cancellation request.

In case your return request is approved or your order is eligible for cancellation, the liable amount will be processed to the
original method of payment within 5-7 business days, subject to the Terms & Conditions mentioned in the respective policy. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

You can track your return status in 'My Orders' section.

You will receive a tracking code via sms from the courier partner. Check the status of the reverse shipment by clicking on the track my order link on the website and enter this number. You will see real time updates about the location of the reverse shipment to our warehouse

Once you initiate a return request under My Orders section, a pick up is scheduled for the item. Our courier partner will come to pick up the
item within 3-5 business days after your return request has been approved subject to the Terms & Conditions under Return Policy. Please note that the product should be unused along with tags and invoice intact. During pick up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return item. If the item passes the quality check, it is picked up by our courier partner and refund is initiated after deducting the applicable charges and fees. It can take 5- 7 business days to reflect into your bank account as per the bank timelines. You can track your return status from My Orders section.

Most of our products are eligible for return and refund. The return policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page. We request you to initiate return request within 15 days of delivery.

Only products that are unused, unworn, undamaged, have their original tags and labels intact, in original packaging are eligible for return.

Once you have initiated a return request, our field executives will pick-up the order within 3-5 business days. They will make 3 attempts to pick up the order, post which the pickup automatically gets cancelled. If our courier partner faces any issue in picking up the order, we will keep you informed.

Subject to the Terms & Conditions under the Return policy, you can return any item of the order or the entire order within 15 business days of receiving the product. Please note that separate pickup may be scheduled for each item in case return request is initiated for multiple items.

In case you are not satisfied or have changed your mind about a particular product, you can request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Once your request is received, we will be responsible to pick the item from you. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their tags, labels and bar-codes intact.

We will process your refund within 2-3 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received at our warehouse. It can subsequently take 5- 7 days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.

For payments done through credit/debit cards/net banking, a refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back in our warehouse. It may take 4-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

We initiate the refund once the product is successfully picked up by our courier partner. However, please allow 5-7 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, following your bank's processing timelines. Yes, you can return a part of your order. This should be done within 15 days of receiving the product.


Once your request is received, we will be responsible to pick up the item from you. We will initiate the refund once the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and bar-codes intact.

Once you have placed a return request, our field executives will pick-up the parcel within 5 business days. They will make at most 3 attempts to pick up the product post which pick up will be canceled.

Shipping & Return Policy

A standard shipping charge of Rs.99 is applicable on all orders which do not qualify for free shipping. Enjoy complimentary shipping for orders above Rs.1699/-

Please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines. From the time the order has been placed, it takes about 3-5 days for the delivery to most major pin codes.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from the warehouse.

Most of our products are eligible for return and replacement. The return  for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page.

If the product is eligible for returns, you can raise the return request from the Returns Dashboard (Link Below) within 7 days of delivery. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for return, can be returned.

Once you request to return a product, a pick-up is organized for the item.

Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 3-5 business days after your return request has been received. Once the pickup is done OR when the products are delivered and checked at our warehouse, your refund will be initiated from our end. 

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order through My Order section or by writing to us at sharewithus@styleunion.in or by accessing the self help options on our Whatsapp Chat bot. Please note that this is only possible if the product has not been shipped out till then.

**Styleunion.in reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from. 

Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 15 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable.

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a return through My order section or the customer service team within 15 days of receiving the product.

Payment Option

If you have processed the transaction twice for the same order, please send in the proof of both transactions to +91 9429692121 or email us at sharewithus@styleunion.in and our support team will coordinate with the accounts team to resolve this for you. Please note that for 3rd party payment issues, you will have to take it up with the service provider or the vendor through whom you have made the payment/purchase.

Styleunion.in offers you multiple ways to make a secure payment. These include:

2. EMI (Check with your credit card provider)

3. UPI Payments

No, we currently do not provide EMI based payment services.
